2010 LOOKS GOOD FOR THE RE-STRUCTURED JD TEAM
Reduced overheads therefore greater flexibility and reduced permanent and temporary fees to Clients.
Claire Todd, Janes daughter, became the MD as Jane retired after 29 very successful years.
Claire's restructure of JD has proved to be a big success.
It has enabled her and the team including Hannah Samson-Timms - to continue to provide a flexible and affordable recruitment service without any compromise on quality of service.Sourcing of new candidates continues to be largely by recommendation, but online search sites are regularly used as a back up for new registrations and specific Client requirements.
Faster candidate pre-selection and registration.
This is initially through email or telephone plus new on line application form. However we will continue to meet all suitable candidates prior to their submission to any Client. Candidate interviews are by appointment and can be held in Rickmansworth, Croxley Green or in Watford if more convenient.Jane Dewhurst Recruitment is renowned for service excellence and even in these unpredictable times the company will continue to evolve under Claire's new leadership and working structure in readiness for better times ahead.

Agencies v Jobsites
While Jobsites may offer a greater choice of "free" candidates to companies- is it really cost effective for the HR recruiter? Having paid an upfront fee with no guarantee - your staff may spend many fruitless hours searching and evaluating CV's - to discover candidates have either found employment, live far away and or have forgotten to remove their cv's.
We have access to several jobsites to save you time and money.
Jane Dewhurst reduces these time consuming tasks by:
