 Claire Todd  is the MD.
 
Claire ( Jane's daughter )  "grew up"  with the business and has worked in all roles within the company  since 1997. Acquiring the essential recruitment skills and knowledge ensures she  continues to  provide  an  excellent service that sets us apart from our competitors. Previously Claire worked within marketing and customer service for multi- and international companies.

Claire has re-structured the company to take full advantage of modern day technology and telephony.  The office is now based in Croxley Green which allows Claire  and her team to  to  continue to build on the reputation of this well established and highly respected   recruitment service.  She retains that unique personal approach as she  continues  to work with many local Companies and is retained on many Preferred Supplier Lists.

New business is welcomed and Claire can always make time to visit new Clients.

Sourcing of candidates continues to be largely by recommendation - but online search sites are  regularly used as a back up for new registrations and specific Client requirements.

Candidate interviews are arranged by appointment  around times and venues to suit the location and requirements  of each candidate. 

Professional MS Office & Office Skills Testing  is executed for all candidates prior to submission to a Client.

The PC Training  division continues to provide quality bespoke MS Office training for small groups or on a one to one basis. A truly value added service which provides further  skills testing and cross training for candidates if required.


A Brief History
Jane Dewhurst Recruitment  was opened  by Jane in January 1981. Over the years  she developed and  built a reputation for service excellence in and around the area. The main business activity is  recruiting  quality office staff for  companies within a 20 mile radius of Rickmansworth small , medium and large in size.  
Jane retired in 2009  after many years of hard work but lots of fun. She relinquished her shares to her daughter Claire Todd who literally  "grew up" with Jane Dewhurst.
